24 weeks and can hardly feel baby move.

Jessica

So I'm 24 weeks and 1 day, I know I got an anterior placenta and Drs still haven't told me, I just read my notes and found out. I've never had it before (I have 2 children) so I don't know what to expect. I can feel little headbutts in my pubic area but nothing else, and the top of my bump is constantly on fire. I've never had this with my previous pregnancies and I'm just worried. I'm already on a list of medication (clexane, aspirin, cocodamol, and on crutches for hypermobility and SPD) but I just don't know what to do. I see my midwives this Friday (I've got two midwives and two consultants because I'm very high risk due to low birth weights and blood clotting condition and being overweight) I'm just asking when should I expect to feel full on kicks in my stomach etc, because as of yet I've had nothing other than head butts.
