So my husband is dead set on if we have a boy naming him Jerry. I really don't like the name Jerry though. Should I just give in and name (if we have a boy that is) him Jerry?

We wrote lists of names we liked, 3 each per gender, and each got to veto one, plus made a rule about not picking two completely horrible names so you’d only be left with one good one. Then discussed the remaining names and agreed on one per gender.

Maybe compromise on Jerry as a middle name? My sons name is Nolan Jerry but we only chose Jerry because we named him after my husband's grandpa that raised him that passed away 6 years ago. My husbands set on Jack (and won't budge on any other boy names) and doesn't even want to consider any girl names because he thinks we are having a boy for sure. Kinda bugs me because I would like to atleast get a list of girl names we like too. We will find out the end of November lol

My hubby and I did that with our boys. One name was dead set the other we agreed he picked first name and I pick middle. We did that this time as well. I am not 100% in love with the first name he picked for our daughter but he picked it and had a lot of meaning so I’m not changing it. I am just going to come up with a nickname. 
If u really can’t stand the name and can’t even come to terms with a nickname then you both have to sit down and maybe have three names and then narrow it down to one? Good luck

Lordy. That's a pretty pickle. My husband named our son Gabriel. At first I was pls no. But now I wouldn't change it for nothing.
