Picture as a gift?

Do you think getting someone a picture of you and your SO, child or family is a bad gift and or being cheap? My two sisters were talking about it that’s why I’m wondering!

I think it totally depends on who the gift is for, like I would never give my friends pictures of me and my husband but my great grandma loves pictures of her family.

I don't think so, if it's a larger picture in a nice frame - frames can be expensive!

it depends. my mom loves getting stuff like that.  outside of family though,  it just seems self absorbed

My MIL makes everyone photo calendars for their birthday. It’s honestly one of my favorite gifts and she works really hard to pick cool pictures that show off everything we did the year prior, marks birthdays and anniversaries, etc. 
So is I would say it depends on the situation!

my dad and this 3 brother  got together  and had there picture  taken  it was for my grandparents anniversary they loved it!

If it's for a family member then no, it can be very meaningful. For anyone else, not so much.
