ok so i had my period last week ended Thursday last week i heard that bleeding pink was normal 4 days after recent period i had that and my chart 8s telling me i start in 14 days! i woke up this morning and had a huge headache and im also having cramps is it normal to cramp a week after recent period? someone please give me some advice on what i should do or think at this time ive had sex with my partner 4 days in a row and got off everytime i dont feel so much nasous just feel like blah also had some sharp pains in my lower back almost like a pinched nerve
