I have my first visit to the OB on Wednesday. At this visit I meet with the nurse, I don't meet with my doctor until the second appointment. I'm 14 maybe even 15 weeks, and I've been having a lot of pain on my right side. Do you think the nurse will be able to get me into have an ultrasound that day just to make sure everything is alright, or is that something the doctor has to request when I see him? I know some places won't even see you until you're 12 weeks along, but at my office you can see the OB as soon as you find out you're pregnant. I got seen at 7 weeks with my first.
