Okay so I have 11 month old daughter and since I had her I haven’t been on birth control or anything. But now I’m getting back on my feet I’m going to get back into working out and we are going to start really tracking my cycles because they been a little off. My ob told me to do ovulation test everyday after my period ends and my temp everyday and chart all of it! Since I had so much stress after having my daughter that she wants to see where everything is at and I’m ovulating and everything is good. So it’s cheaper to order off amazon want to ask you ladies is this stuff good? And do I need anything else?
