What's next?

Hey everyone! Just got my period today after a third treated cycle (Clomid and IUI). 
Just curious if anyone is or was in the same boat, what did you do next? Take off? Try Femara? Straight to injectables or IVF?
I am 28, husband is 29. TTC #1 for a year ☹️

My wife and I did Clomid for about 3 cycles and then moved onto Femara. All failed IUI's. After two years and 8 IUI's later (yes we should have stopped and looked at other options well before that) we finally moved onto IVF. Our first round of ivf we were able to freeze 6 AA5 day blasts. Our first transfer was frozen due to OHSS which was fine. My wife was in so much pain, we needed a break both physically and emotionally. We transferred two blasts and while we got pregnant, we lost the baby at 10 weeks. It was pretty devastating so we took quite a while off. About 10 months ago we knew we were ready to try again. Our nurse at the ivf office called me back and referred us to another Dr. We love Erin and trusted her judgement and so move moved forward with a consult. After many tests and preparation we had our transfer in March of 2017, two of our embryos. We were successful! My wife is currently 30 weeks pregnant today growing and carrying our B/G Twins! My advice to you, do not get discouraged. Have open communication with your dr and team. If you are ready to move on from cloud, move on. I wish you the best! lots of love and Alohas!

Taking a break is always best if you are feeling overwhelmed. Then reopen the topic once you feel physically and emotionally ready. 
We did 3 iuis then moved on to ivf. Unexplained infertility on both sides. But eventually I know persistence will bring us the baby we desperately want.

I took femara 2.5 first, didn't help yo ovulate. I just started my first cycle oh clomid 100. I had a miscarry last year and a chemical pregnancy couple of months ago

I did 4. First was MC then three fails. They want me to do injectables in addition to a trigger which I've been doing. I got my cycle this morning. I think I'm going to sit out this month too. I sat out two months and this will be my third. I'm exhausted from meds and stress. I need to recoup my mind and body.
