What are y'all doing for your LOs first birthday ? I need some ideas ! I don't want to throw a party because there's not a lot of kids in our family☹️

We are doing minions ! He loves those little guys! To be honest so do I, they are so cute! Haha his Halloween costume was supposed to be a minion but it came late kept it since his birthday theme will be them!

Pikachu Party! we're doing a Pikachu theme because it's been his favorite thing since as long as we can remember. everytime he sees Pikachu he gets really excited so we just had to!

Planning two parties! Family party saturday the 18th (on her birthday) and a friends party with me and my husbands friends that Sunday. Will do a smash cake and real cake for both. Making a few apps, I have a few requests for buffalo chicken dip for our friend party, and will probably do an Italian spread for dinner since it’s pretty simple. Thinking Moana for decorating but I don’t want to go all out with it, maybe just the cake. Sending out invites then I guess we have a month to plan 😬

We’re doing cake at my moms with just her, my brothers family and my sisters family. And then I’m throwing a little party for his baby friends at my house the weekend after. You could do a get together without kids. We just always buy buns, cold-cuts, deli pizza, a couple salads and some veggie and fruit platter, have everyone by in the afternoon have a little lunch the do cake and sing happy birthday. I’m really just going to decorate the wall behind his high chair for photos, but we’re not renting anywhere or hiring entertainment, it’s just a little get together to see his friends from playgroup since many of us go back to work and he won’t see them often going forward.
