What would you do or how do you feel?

Question

If your children were the ages of 8M - 3YO, would you bathe with them? Why or why not, would it be okay for their father to bathe with them, why or why not?

I have bathed with my son since his very first bath, he’s now 18 months. whwn he was an infant it was amazing bonding and skin to skin time and we’ve just continued it. I’ll stop when he starts noticing differences. He will also jump in the shower with my husband when he gets the chance (the kid loves water lol)

I don’t because my son is too daggone slippery. He does not sit still and I’m not willing to take the risk of something happening because he wiggled too much. We bond after bath time ☺️

My baby is 7mo & I've been bathing with him recently bc he developed a fear of the water & he's happier if I'm in there. I don't see an issue at least in the foreseeable future (I'm a FTM so it's hard for me to imagine having a toddler), & I'd be fine if my husband wanted to bathe with him too. I don't really see a difference between that & young siblings bathing together-- my brother & I were bathed together as very young children & we had fun playing with our toys.

I wouldn’t/won’t. It’s not that I think it’s wrong I just don’t see the point. Why do we have to take baths together?😂
