i have my first 12 week u/s in 3 days... my last pregnancy ended with a blighted ovum which was awful. ive had 5 live births so far and lots of other normal early mc's ...but this time i have No symptoms (all my other live pregnancys i was throwing up for months!)... no morning sickness or tiredness but my boobs hurt and i keep getting shooting pains in them and im massively bloated so much so i look 6 months gone... when i lay down i cant feel my uterus at all 😐 i just cant seem to imagine a positive outcome at all i dont even feel pregnant and im terrified to go to my u/s 😔 do you think that an MMC is inevitable for me? ☹
