breastfeeding

so, I've always been set on breastfeeding. I never imagined ever even considering formula feeding my kids. But I've been thinking. I work for a job where I'm NEVER alone I'm always in public I don't get break times and in-between shifts I have that time to drive to my next shift so I would never be able to pump ever. I'm trying to talk myself out of formula feeding because my baby girl is due in Feb and she already is having heart problems and I wanna give her the best but I work 45 hours a week and like I said no breaks I just don't know how to go about it? I know people say you shouldn't pump until a certain time after birth or whatever but if I want her to have breast milk while I'm working I would have to start pumping immediately to save up enough for her to have just while Im working in a day..

Has anyone had a similar experience I'm kinda lost right now and sad about it because I really wanna give her the best.

Thank you :D
