KT tape!

Kristin • Mon, Oct 09 • 27 married army 2 girls ( 3 & 8 ) expecting our 3rd and final princess. recent miscarriage (04/24) we found out our rainbow is due 02/13/18 :)

so my belly sags a bit on the bottom. its what's left of my Pudge and I want to pull it up with KT tape. I also want to use the tape to help my lower back and hips. I've never used it before so can anyone give me tips and thoughts on this!!
