What is this? Or how can I get rid of these?

I have pimples? Or boils? Or something in between my thighs (kind of my groin are) some are sensitive and some aren’t. They are purple and hard under the skin like it is filled with pus. I think these are so ugly and I want to get rid of them.

I get those when my legs rub together. With my big thighs it tend to happen more when I wear blue jean shorts and it's hot outside. Mine typically go away and it's completely normal. But if your concerned about them get them checked by a doctor.

It's staph. Everyone's bodies has staph on it and some people produce more than others. Try taking a bleach and water bath soaking once or twice a week. One part bleach to 3 parts waters.

It could be when your legs rub together and the friction causes it. Also maybe ingrown hairs. When I get and ingrown hair there it usually feels hard and hurts and I can pop it like a pimple but it won’t go away till I pull the hair out

Mmmm honestly it doesn’t look like anything to be concerned about necessarily. I used to get weeeeird acne on my thighs. Keeping the area clean and exfoliated with a gentle body soap really helped. Exfoliate it gently every other day, and think about the pants you wear, like if you wear jeans a lot, find an alternative for some days where your skin can breathe a bit better, like some cute yoga pants or some shorts. In the meantime, try putting warm wet compresses on the bumps there for 20 minutes or so, three times a day.
