hey everyone! my husband and I are going to try iui after 1+ year of ttc with no luck, we found out he has no sperm. so we are using a donor. does anyone have success stories of iui? I'm perfectly normal and have no problem carrying a baby so I wanna know how successful it is using a donor and no issues for the woman!? how many tries did it take?
