I'm 37 weeks and 2 days. At 37 weeks I hd a bad night of bad period like pain in my lower tummy area. The next morning I got checked n the doc said I was having regular contractions so she kept me in the hospital the whole day to monitor if I progressed. I was 1 cm dilated and my cervical length was 1cm (I dunno how muchthat is in percentage). I stayed the same the whole night till today morning so the doc said I can go home after an ultrasound to check on baby. The ultrasound done today showed that the baby is 3.6 kgs (7.9 pounds) already! The doc allowed me to go home but not before warning me that thebaby is big and around 42 weeks size and 96th percentile. She suggests delivering her before my EDD which is 28th Oct. what do I do guys? Should I wait for labour to start naturally till my EDD or let doc induce me before (due to baby's weight) ???
