As a CNA who has worked closely with uncircumcised men and seen the difference circumcision makes, my husband and I have decided to circumcise. No doubt.

Totally up to you and your family! Don’t listen to all the people on the internet because they have totally opposing opinions and you aren’t going to get the 100% truth. Just do what you feel is right!

The benefits from getting circumcised is like 0.12 % 
All of the men in my family are uncircumcised (plus a lot of my husbands side too) and not a single one said they wished they were circumcised. 
So i won't chop off the tip of any of my boys Yoo-Hoos for 0.12 %

It’s so much more painful for men when they’re older and way more complicated. I had a family member decide to do it in his 60’s and it was an over night stay in the hospital

I will be doing for my little one after he is born it actually is cleaner and can prevent certain cancers and infections later in life. It's a little flap of skin not even 20 a minuteprocess. Wouldn't recommend it in older age though as healing obviously would take a bit longer.

I'm pretty neutral on this topic, but husband and I are leaning towards circumcision for our baby boy since husband has a preference. I did have an ex who was circumcised as an adult due to an injury and subsequent infection. Said injury/infection would not have happened if he was already circumcised and the experience was really painful for him and left him with embarrassing scarring. An unusual case as most uncircumcised men suffer no ill consequences, but it definitely changed the way I view the whole thing. On one hand I still think tinkering with your kid's genitals is strange - why modify without need? On the other, some view it as a cultural necessity to adhere to religious doctrine, prevent locker-room teasing, and [marginally] reduce the odds of an issue down the line. I can see it from both angles.
