Dates please

My last what I thought to be period was 13-17th Sept inclusive, TMI it was red with lots of Ewcm discharge. I got a positive ovulation tests on 18,19 &20th sept. Took a pregnancy test on 20th as I usually don't ovulate for 10days after, it was a vvfl.

I'm trying to figure it out whilst I wait patiently (LOL ) for a scan.

Thanks everyone for their time I appreciate your insight. Midwife thinks it wasn't AF and early bleed before BFP.
