okay ladies, I currently work at a top 10 university but make VERY little 27,500 on my M.Ed degree. Yes, awful. I found out I am eligible to teach in FL. My dream job has always been to teach I just ran into financial and undergrad grade issues, being a single mom at 19, having an eating disorder...my State only counts Undergrad towards a Teacher cert not a Masters, now I'm married with 3 kids and newly pregnant with #4! The job offer is for not the best district but would be a 50% salary increase for me...we own a horse farm so my husband can work anywhere we can buy a farm. Do we take the plunge now or wait for a better offer in a better school district?
