How bad r your cramps?

Question

I have been having intermittent cramps in the last few weeks but today was the worst. The pain was similar to my period cramps but it lasted about 45minutes before it subsided. How bad r your cramps? 
9 weeks preggers.

I'm at 10w and just had a rough few days of on and off moderate cramping/shooting pains in my vag and hips (no bleeding or spotting).  It was bad enough to make me moan and concern my husband, but never stuck around long enough to warrant a doctor visit.  Tried to up my water intake which helped, and cut out everything that could cause gas.  Today was considerably better.  Hope you find some relief!
