hormonal withdrawl ??

hey everyone! i need advise if anyone has any on hormonal withdrawl. in may i stopped taking all my meds such as clomid, metformin ect. so i could get healthy and in shape. well not long after MAYBE a month or so i noticed changes in my body. few weeks later i wake up with my first ever panic attack. i continued to have them for a few months. my anixety was horrible. i had insomnia , my whole body would have muscle spasms or twiching . and everything else that comes with anxiety. well im alot better now but im still having twitches all over my body. im suppost to get laparoscopy in novemeber . should i still go under the knife while dealing with this ? has this ever happened to anyone else ?!?!? helppp!
