WHERE IN THE HELL...

...did these "Charley Horses" come from!!?? Like, I have had 3 this week (2 today alone)! Never had them with my 1st child's pregnancy. I freaked out earlier because I was driving to pick up my son after school, and here I am stuck in traffic and a damn cramp decides it wants to take over my driving leg from the ankle to the knee. I managed to calm it down and safely pick up the kid. Had another a few minutes ago while in bed. With as much water as I drink, I don't feel it's dehydration. And I dont add salt, but I could probably monitor it more. Anyone else? What are you mama's doing to help? (Im 13w4d)
