BF problems

so my mom met a guy that is from Texas and he wants my mom and I sister to come down there to meet him. and the plan was that my bf was gonna move with me to Texas. well now today my bf's parents told him that he can't go to Texas with me and when he told me this I didn't know how to react. the reason my BF can't come with is because is because of all his doctors are here. and we talked about if I did move down there if we did break up and just stayed friends and I don't want that I still want to continue dating him. and he says he wants to be with me I have been crying for a while. so any females what should I do I really wish my bf could come with me but he said it takes forever to get a new doctor if he moves to a New state
