I seriously don’t know how to use make up

Help! So I don’t know how to apply makeup. If I where makeup it’s just eyeshadow and mascara and the eyeshadow is just super plain. I never where concealer or foundation because one I’m super pale and I can’t find a shade that matches and two it always looks super cakey and gross. I need help if it’s possible to even help me. I’m 18 😂😒
