ok, so im 27 weeks pregnant and lately for the past few days ive been having to poop every hour. it's sn intense urge and i feel like if i dont go immediately, I'll poop my pants then i sit on the toilet and it hurts soo bad when it comes out. ive been drinking lots of water lately, but i dont think it has anything to do with this. Its also been very green lately. should i call my ob??
