Can I wait until I’m 12 weeks to go to the dr?

Question

This time around I want to wait to go to the dr I’m only 4 weeks. I already know what they do at the dr they have you come in to confirm your pregnant and prescribe prenatal vitamins. If I tell my dr now all they will do is have me wait until I’m about 7/8 weeks anyway.

Not trying to throw any negative vibes in the mix, but I did this, waited until I was 9 weeks to even call, went in a little after 10 weeks only to find the baby stopped growing around 5 or 6 weeks. I had a missed miscarriage and went weeks not knowing and imagining my new life with a second baby only to have that crushed. I wish I had known earlier.

I'm pregnant with my second, I've never seen a doctor with either. With my first I waited until I was about 22 weeks to find a midwife and this time around I didn't contact my midwife until 27 weeks.

I don't have medical and don't qualify for Medicaid or allkids.. so I have to wait till open enrollment next month.. I'll be 12-14 weeks by the time I have medical. 🙄
My biggest issue I have with waiting this long.. is because I need to be on Lovenox injections when pregnant. 😫

This is my first and I was thinking the same way lol I didn't want to waste my time going up there just to pee and have them tell me I'm pregnant as if I didn't already know that. I also didn't want to go for incase I were to miscarry. There's nothing they can do to stop it so I just let nature do it's thing and what was meant to be would happen. I just went to my first appointment last Monday at 11w1d and I'm glad I waited.
