Tips for running a half marathon??
I'm currently training for my first half marathon!! I'm super excited about it. It's 18 weeks out. I'm already a runner just not straight distance like that. I do tough mudders, Spartans etc. any of you lovely ladies train for ever ? I'm just look for tips advice? I've looked around and found some running plans but wanna hear something first person ya know. anything helps! Thanks (:
