I need opinions here Ladies...

So I've been sort of seeing this guy, and I say sort of because he lives 45 minutes away and he works all the time and its hard for him to be able to make time to hangout. I understand we all have busy lives. we've been talking fairly happily and consistently for 2 months but he's only ever come to see me one time. it has now been a solid month since ive last physically seen him and its like hes been religiously dodging our plans. i mean it. every single time we make plans, the day of he ALWAYS cancels. and im starting to be very annoyed and hurt by it. but idk what to do exactly. ive told him how i feel about it but he hasn't said anything to aknowledge it yet. So basically Im trying to figure out if hes even worth putting time and effort into if hes going to keep blowing me off like Im a just a back burner fling to him. For example we were supposed to have plans yesterday, we planned them on FRIDAY, and at midnight sunday he told me that he wouldn't be able to come because he had to go to a hockey tournament for some distant relative. and Im not gonna lie, i went a little detective and I looked up this skating rink....there was no such tournament. and Now im even more hurt that he lied to me. Im starting to feel as though he's dropping undeniable hints that he doesn't want to see me anymore but then every time we have a conversation he says the sweetest things about how happy i make him and blah blah blah. All in all im sad, im confused, im hurt, and I just dont understand or know what to do. please help me!!!
