Lower back pain - 5 weeks
Hi! I'm only 5 weeks pregnant and my lower back is killing me! It's putting a real damper on my workouts 😰 Is this common in your first trimester? I feel like it's way too early to have back pain. Does anyone have any advice? I'm laying on the heating pad at night, but it doesn't seem to be helping much.
