IS this GLOW APP accurate for you ladies out there???

is says when im supposed to get my period-and its way off by a week. Then when Im supposed to ovulate-(I use ovulation pee sticks), and still the app says I will be ovulating on certain days- but that is also off by a week or more!! Does anyone out there have the same issues?? please let me know, Im desperately trying to have my 2nd child, but have NOOO IDEA when IM ovulating! So they say "timing is EVERYTHING", but my question is : ive been using this app for almost 6 months, and still- its not accurate at all!!! any thoughts or suggestions??
