To old to have piercings?

Question

When is it inappropriate to have nipple rings and a tongue ring? My tongue ring is not noticeable. Most people don't even know I have it for months before I laugh really big or do something that shows my whole tongue. No one sees my nipple piercings except my boyfriend but sometimes I don't feel like wearing a bra and it's very noticeable. I don't want people thinking I'm trying to be young and grasping. At what age should I take them out?

I took out my tongue ring when I was in labor and delivery at age 29. I got it when I was 18. Once I became I mom I personally felt I was too old. I think whenever a person feels too old is when you should take them out. There's no rule book on this one.

I took my tongue ring out when I turned 30, I first got it when I turned 18. I still have my nose pierced, I got that done when I was about 19 and have no intentions of taking it out anytime soon.. it all depends on how you feel about it.

I'm almost 35 and still have my tongue and nose pierced. Also still have the hole for my belly piercing that I plan on putting jewelry back in after I'm done having kids and lose the baby weight. Honestly I still think about getting more piercings. So, what I'm saying is there is no age that you are too old. It comes down to if you are still comfortable and want the piercings then by all means keep them. But if you are feeling like it's time to take them out then it's all up to you! 😊 Don't sit and worry about what other people might think. It's your body and you do what you want with it!
