I need someone to talk too

I'm 24 years old and I am on the pill called Junel Fe. I recently found a lump in my breast. It's hard and doesn't seem to be "movable". I got it checked out and she prescribed me antibiotics to see if it would go away. I go to pick them up and the pharmacist tells me she didn't send them now I have to wait till Monday, anyway that's beside the point lol. The point is has anyone else had an experience like this? I'm trying to convince myself that it's nothing but Google is driving me insane honestly. Just need someone to talk too because I always think the worst and I haven't told anyone but my boyfriend.
