Back in April I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured. After emergency tube removal surgery and a lot of grieving I was doing better. My cycles have been very regular up until this last cycle I was 21 days late with only negative tests and now have very light spotting on day 22. I've had some cramping but nothing horrible. I'm terrified. I don't have insurance at the moment. Has anyone had a similar situation? I feel like I'm going insane with all the symptoms, it feels like my body is pretending to be pregnant.
