So confused ... tbh

Most of y'all know I ovulated around Sept 30th. (Progesterone level was .30 on the 30th) my and my SO had been having sex like crazy. Lol still haven't started my period. Haven't tested yet. But the past 2 days at work I've noticed I got a little nauseated.. Which is unlike me. Is this to soon to get symptoms? With my daughter I didn't get nauseated until 10 weeks..
