How to sit a baby in the car seat ?

She is only want to sit about 5 minutes and after that she is crying  😭😭 . Are you guys have same experience like me ?

I give her lots of toys to play with lol we have more toys in the car than in our house I swear. Mines 10 months old and started hating the car around 8 months old because she wants to constantly be moving. We have those indestructible books, those cloth books, teething toys, and one of my old purses as she loves playing with anything that resembles string (loves the straps) and she also likes looking in the mirror. If we have to stop the car and wait I usually roll down the window for her so she can see outside better.

Not all kids love the car. 2 our of 3 of my boys hated the car and screamed constantly in the car as babies. It’s very stressful. It helped me to strap baby in, tightly swaddle arms down with light blanket over the seat belt, and pop a binki in. White noise can help too. Obviously make sure baby is changed and fed before a car ride.

Honestly though, they just friggin hated the car and eventually grew out of it. You’ll be jealous forever of moms who have babies who fall asleep instantly and are so quiet in the car. It’s ok. You will get through it.
