Cold shore early in pregnancy

Hello All

Have you had a cold sore very early in your pregnancy. Kind of like the first sign possibly 7-10 DPO

I just got one and I swear I haven't had one in like long time 10 years and I just though hmm let me research and it said one of the first sign in pregnancy due to hormonal change. My period is not due to another 4 days so I have to wait but I been eating and thinking about foods all the time lol
