Goal I want to achieve: lifted tighter rounded booty, toned thighs and calves. Flat stomach/abs. Nice sculpted arms and back! That is my vision and I need to reach it and keep going!! I want a better healthier version of who I am now! Hardest thing for me is healthy eating! I love food and all kinds!! Any suggestions please comment!!! Healthy but yummy foods!! Non-dairy!
