Losing weight.

I’m 14 years old and I personally hate my current weight. I’ve decided that I want to lose weight, as I’m in a Criminal Justice program at school and we do a lot of running and physical training. I want to feel more comfortable wearing clothes most girls my age wear (crop tops, shorts, etc.) I’m currently around 165-167 lbs and I’m trying to get to around 145. I also have asthma, so can you guys give me tips and advice on what exercises to do that won’t trigger my asthma heavily but will also help me lose weight? Thank you. ☺️
