Cloth Diapering Start Up Opinions

A few questions that I would love everyone's opinion/knowledge on.

1. Is 50 cloth diapers all One Size, different reputable brands, that come with inserts for $300 reasonable?

2. Will having a natural plant based stain removal/antibacterial spray be beneficial for every dirty cloth diaper pee and poop?

3. Does anyone rinse BOTH pee and poop diapers to increase the cleanliness and longevity of each diaper?

4. Cotton, Hemp, Bamboo Inserts which does everyone prefer and why?
