Clomid

Hi there -

This is my first time to post on this forum. I have already lost two pregnancies this year so my OB has advised that I think about taking Clomid or Letrozole to help induce ovulation.

I'm more inclined to consider Clomid. I've done a little research but I can't find a definite answer. Can someone briefly explain to me how it works or what the process is like? When do I take the Clomid and for how long during the cycle? What are the typical side effects?
