What do you do when your baby wakes at night?

I am just wondering what works for everyone. My little one was sleeping through the night (10-12 hours without waking) , but she now wakes once or twice a night since she turned 6 months. Thanks!!

I go verbally comfort and pat her, but don't pick her up,  I let her cry it out.

If my daughter wakes up, I just give her a binky and she goes right back to sleep.

Feed change rock to sleep. 6m they hit sleep regression and it can be a bitch! My son was waking every 4hrs 😖 just got back to full night at 7m

sleep regression is common around this time,just be patient with it they usually go back to their sleep patterns are s few days/weeks. my daughter is 8 months and stirs throughout the night since we cosleep I either put her pacifier back in our feed her depending on the time. I only rock if she's really restless.

My daughter will cry while still sleeping. I won’t do anything unless it’s been ten minutes and then I’ll fix her a bottle. She mostly just falls right back to sleep.

I see how awake he is then decide.  If he's just stirring I give him a few minutes to go back to sleep on his own.  If he's crying I feed and rock him until he's back to sleep.
