How can you tell you have PCOS?

I don't have insurance to go to a specialist.. I have been TTC for years and have not gotten pregnant yet I'm starting to think I have PCOS or something else... idk I'm thinking to go to the hospital get stuff checked out so I can get billed later  or you guys can tell me what insurance help with Obgyn/ fertility thanks

You don't need to go to a specialist to be diagnosed and helped. I just went to my normal ob and she has been an amazing help. She diagnosed me and put me in medication. I got pregnant three months later
