Any idea what can cause bright red vaginal bleeding (no clots) after sex? I do have a history of HPV and my husband and I are actively trying for a baby. I'm just nervous it may be endometriosis or something that could hurt my chances of conceiving. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

That is a sign of endometriosis. Id go to your obgyn and get a full workup exam and testing done. He will discuss your causes and options and risks and can help you conceive sooner. The best thing to do until you reach your doctor though is to refrain from sexual activity involving penetration of any form. You could potentially be causing more damage.
