What do I do?!

Is this positive? I took this last night around 8 pm. This morning, granted I did pee this morning, and it’s a doctors HCG test from the office I work at, and it was negative. Could it be because this is an early pregnancy test? I’m freaking out. As of today I am 3 days late.
