I like back to nature products. They tend to be lower in sodium and sugar. Some of the baby products can be very high in sugar, so just read the labels until you find one that suits you. Good luck!!

My 9 month old eats everything we eat. My doctor said honey is the only food we shouldn't give him. 🤷🏻‍♀️
