Pregnancy with piercings .

When I first became pregnant I didn’t have any symptoms at all only a missed period . My breast literally began to grow 2 weeks ago. I woke up one morning and was like WOW did these things grow over night 🤔. I’m 12 week preggers and I have both nipples pierced. ( months before my pregnancy began btw ) . And these things hurt bad . My breast are so tender and sensitive. I was going to wait till it’s time to deliver to take my piercings out . Should I take them out now ? Do any moms out there breast feed who’ve had their nipples pierced? How was your breast feeding experience ?
