Big brother gifts

Any ideas for something to give an 8 year old? He has two older half brothers, but this is the first time he will be a big brother. I’m going to get him a shirt but should I get something else?

I saw on Pinterest to just make a bag of things for him to do in the hospital room when he’s visiting... but I don’t know if that’s lame bc he is older.
