How do you do it?
Please help, I leave for a trip in 2 weeks and I’ve been on a weight loss journey for about 8 weeks now and my body has transformed a lot. But it’s hard to finish strong , I come home from class(college student) and I’m just so beat and the last thing I want to do is workout. How do you guys keep motivated when all you want to do is curl up on the couch? Or is there such thing as a lazy girl workout? I know I should go workout and I’d feel so much better but man, the couch is calling my name. Please help me get motivated
