Third Trimester Exercise
Hi ladies! I am trying to keep up a walking routine to combat *excessive* weight gain in this last trimester because my OB only wants me gaining 11-20 pounds total because of my BMI. I have already gained 12 lbs as of my 28 week appointment. Please note I am eating plenty and taking my walking a day at a time, just wanted to see what you all were doing for exercise too!
Any tips to help with mild swelling or back aches while exercising?
