I really need more info, but someone creating a whole new employee test just because his business is so special feels a little snowflakeish no?

I wouldn't want to work for a person that doesn't understand a good work environment =/= me having to be offended nor tolerating offensive behavior. 
   
I will bet this won't go over well in HR or hiring, and I doubt it will prevent lawsuits.

Why do I feel like this “snowflake test” is actually a “will your beliefs and the things you talk about bruise my fragile ego and present  a challenge to my precious white guy worldview?” test?
