Dating guy shorter than you?

So I like this guy and he likes me too but I’m 5’9 and he’s 5’7 but I don’t have a problem dating a shorter guy because it’s not like a MAJOR difference but at the same time I kinda do have a problem with it and how people will view us bec people can be mean but I also dgaf ...how do y’all feel about dating a guy that’s a little shorter than you and how would I tell him I kinda feel uncomfortable dating someone shorter

I'm 5"11 and have not dated quite a few guys because of their height. I don't like feeling like the masculine one and hate stooping down to kiss,  or that awkward hug where their face is buried under my chin 😂 My husband is about half an inch shorter than me though, I didn't even notice when we first started dating and by the time I did notice I was already too attached.

it's a physical characteristic, nothing else. if you're attracted to him and you like him I don't see the problem.

I'm 5'9 and my boyfriend is 5'7, I don't think it's a problem, almost everyone I've dated (women included) have been shorter than me. I care the most about personality so it doesn't matter to me.

my husband is a few inches shorter than me. And it's never really bothered me, but when we first started dating I didn't like wearing heals or anything that made me deem taller. But now I don't care. He says he feels like he is married to a model. lol

I’m 5’4, my SO is 5’5 but he hunches so he’s shorter than me if he’s not purposely standing up straight. I personally don’t care about the height, he does get made fun of a lot, specially by my family because they’re just those kind of people, he understands it’s all jokes though. You just gotta learn not to care what other people think
